Eva Bartos, certified health coach and breast cancer survivor, specializing in nervous system regulation for high-stress professionals.

I'm Eva Bartos. I taught kindergarten ESL for 20 years before burnout forced me out.

I retrained as a health coach to help others avoid what I went through.

Then, five years ago, during the pandemic, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Suddenly I wasn't coaching theory anymore. I was living it. And I learned what actually works when you're underwater, specific nervous system strategies and food protocols that keep you upright when quitting isn't an option.

I coached myself through cancer treatment while running a business during a pandemic. Not because I'm special, but because I learned how to work WITH my nervous system instead of fighting it.
